“Hi Jerry, I just wanted to thank you for a great move from Flagstaff to Mill Valley, CA, last month. As you know, I was very concerned about so many things that mean so much to me and I appreciate all your help.
I also want to thank Mike for the great job he did packing my belongings. My apartment got flooded by a broken water line a week after I moved in and they are still repairing it. Because of that, I was only able to unpack a few boxes, but of those, nothing was damaged.
And a big thank you to Joe and Shane for their work securing the furniture and loading the truck and to Joe for delivering it very quickly and unloading it to my apartment. Joe was great to work with, very helpful, and very careful with everything. Again, I was very concerned about my piano, desk, and other items, but I have not found any damage to anything.
I was not so lucky when I moved to AZ 7 years ago when several things were destroyed including floor lamps and a desk. My family also had a lot of damage when they moved here from Colorado a few weeks ago.
I apologize this is so late, but things have been pretty crazy dealing with the apartment repairs. Thank you again to you and the others I worked with.”
